Online Strategy Summit is the brain child of Dush Ramachandran and Terra Goeres, both former ClickBank staff who eventually left ClickBank to start their own entrepreneurial endeavors.
The inaugural Online Strategy Summit will be held June 10th 2012 at the Millennium Harvest House in Boulder, CO USA.
Knowing both Dush and Terra for many years I know this will be an event worth attending. This inaugural event will include 10 speakers covering a variety of topics to help you leverage the Internet to grow your business.
I contacted Dush directly to get more details on this conference, who it’s for, and why you should consider going. Here are his replies to my questions…
Can you tell me a little bit about yourself and Terra? What’s your background?
I spent the last 6 years at ClickBank as VP of Sales and Business Development, and I contributed to the growth of ClickBank through those years by working with some of the company’s largest clients. Terra worked for ClickBank for 10 years and was responsible for building the Premier program intended to recognize ClickBank’s top vendors for their performance. Through our years in the industry both Terra and I have seen many entrepreneurs become really successful, and we have seen how a solid online business strategy has been at the core of their success. We would like to share what we have learned over the years with entrepreneurs to help them succeed as we have seen many others do.
What is the Online Strategy Summit and why did you create it?
Online Strategy Summit is an annual full day conference in Boulder, Colorado, aimed at providing entrepreneurs with the “how-to” information for developing an online strategy for their businesses. In today’s business world, having an online strategy is like having a bank account – you simply cannot do without it – and too many entrepreneurs treat their website like a brochure. This year, it’s at the Millennium Harvest House hotel in Boulder on June 10. We created it to give entrepreneurs not only the tools and the knowledge to build an online strategy for their businesses but also the opportunity to network with other like minded entrepreneurs.
Who is the Online Strategy Summit for?
Online Strategy Summit is for any entrepreneur or business that may or may not have an online presence, but would like to understand how they can fully incorporate an online strategy into their business – from social media to creating products, to promoting other people’s products OSS12 has some incredible content from great speakers who are leaders in the industry and have done it themselves.
What can someone expect to gain by attending?

Are speakers allowed to sell at the event?
No. There will be no selling of any kind at the event. All speakers will be providing superb content and they will not be pitching anything.
